SmSt Africa takes payment through Paystack. Card details are entered on Paystack's own page and never reach our servers. A refund can be requested within seven days of a first payment.

- Can I use SmSt for free?
- Yes. A SmSt account is free and every app in the catalogue works with it. The free plan puts a limit on how many items you can track and how many shops you can run. SmSt Pro lifts those limits.
- What are the payment methods?
- SmSt Africa uses Paystack to take payment. You can pay from M-Pesa, Airtel Money or a credit or debit card. Card details are entered on Paystack's page and never reach our servers.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes, but only within the first seven days of your first payment. Later monthly payments are not refundable. Write to [email protected] and we will take it from there.
- Does SmSt work in Swahili?
- Yes. SmSt is available in English and Swahili. You can switch language from your account page, and there is a button to report a translation that reads wrong.
- How do I get my own app?
- SmSt Pro members can request a SmSt App for their business. Describe the job it needs to do and we will look at it. Requests are read in the order they arrive.
